Overview

South sea heroes engineering company was established in 2008 with the participation of more than 6,300 shareholders with the aim of building construction of large and low cost residential complex in southern and coastal part of Iran. The company has already prepared over 180 hectare of land with all infrastructure needed and now executing more than 7200 residential nits in four projects in Hormozgan province.

 In order to support the materials needed, the company has set up factories such as sand crushers, asphalt plant, foam concrete block, concrete block, joists, concrete molds, welding shop, plastofoam and ice making factories in the site.

 Over the past years this company with the help of experienced managerial staff and engineers and developed  facilities and machineries has managed to take control of various projects in other provinces.the company has been utilizing modern technology to construct low cost building with adequate standards.
